Shipping & Returns



Items are dispatched within 5-7 days.  Please be advised of estimated delivery time via the Royal Mail website following the 7 day dispatch estimate.  Please contact to check if I can provide quicker delivery, this depends on stock availability, or number of custom orders already requested.  Due to the current Pandemic please allow extra time for delivery, as there are some delays to be expected.  Also please note the cut off time for orders to be received for events such as Christmas, Easter, Annual Holidays etc, orders must be placed to be dispatched at least 3 weeks prior to the date in the UK at 1st class, International orders can be up to a few months prior if standard shipping is selected as this means it is often sent surface mail which is slower.

Items are sent via Royal Mail as 1st or 2nd Class recorded in the UK and Ireland.  This is to ensure the customer has the item delivered with peace of mind.  It also provides insurance on the item if it is lost during transit.   Recorded delivery means trackable delivery, not necessarily quicker delivery.

International Posting is sent Standard Tracked or Recorded, this is to keep costs reduced as much as possible and providing receipt of the item being received.  If you wish it to be posted in a different form or with a different company, please contact for costs to be calculated.  Prices are listed in UK GBP £ please use a currency converter online to check prices in international currencies where required.  Any customs charges/Taxes are the liability of the customer and not accounted for in the final sale price of the cart.

All items are sent in either hard backed envelopes, or postal boxes, with all appropriate packing materials to keep all items safe.

As far as possible packaging is recyclable, or has been re-used and recycled; such as bubble wrap  and tissue paper.

Some items at present are not recyclable including cello bags which are used to ensure items are kept clean and in good condition.  We are looking into biodegradable cello bags for use in the near future.





Returns are accepted as long as posted back within 14 days of receipt, items can be returned if they arrive damaged/defective on receipt. Please provide photographic evidence in email when requesting returns or exchanges.

Change of mind however, please note these must be returned within 14 days and must not be an item where Exceptions apply, see below.


Return Exceptions: 

Certain Items or orders cannot be returned or cancelled:


Due to the nature of the following items; we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or Personalised items.  (Previews/Drafts will be asked to be confirmed prior to being completed, it is the customers responsibility to confirm these details are correct prior to completion of the order, as there can be no way to rectify after completion and you may have to pay again for items to be remade).
  • Digital Downloads – (As once downloaded they are always accessible to the buyer.)
  • Earrings/Rings/Intimate Items (For health and hygiene reasons).
  • Stickers if used outdoors as unless specified they are not waterproof.


Conditions of return:


Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
