Colour Variations
Please note due to the nature of products being hand made, photographed and displayed on computer and mobile screens; the colours may not be an exact colour match / true reflection of the product you receive; but we aim to capture as close to the original colour as possible in the editing process. Colours available are predominantly listed in drop-down menus, however custom commissions may be available, contact for specific colours and I may be able to provide this on occasions.
Custom Orders
Please spell check personalisation items and your address for the product/s to be received. Unfortunately if wrong after you have sent or confirmed the details I cannot rectify the situation and you may have to pay and re order your product. Apologies for this but the item cannot be sold on if custom and materials and time to produce the original have to be accounted for.
Returns and Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect please notify within 7 days and ensure return delivery within 14 days. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for further details including Exceptions, as some items cannot be returned.
Jewellery Materials
Jewellery is Latex and Nickel free as much as possible (due to allergies myself). Each item should specify if it is a metal alloy, coated to look a specific colour, or whether it is a specific material such as Bronze, Copper, Silver etc. Please try to choose to suit your needs if you have known allergies. If you have any queries please get in touch for further information.

Re Sale Items
Some items are sold from third party sellers to compliment the collections we offer, they are all good quality items that are checked prior to dispatch.
Safety
Please not items are not sold specifically for children. They are not CE tested and may not be suitable due to fragility, materials such as glass or small parts.

Disclaimer
We would NEVER apply tattoos / face paints to a child without BOTH the Parent/Guardian and Child’s permission for under 14’s. If children really do not want a design applied, it is not right to force the parents decision on them. Over 14 a young person can be assessed as competent to make their own decisions.
