Face Paint Booking Request Form & Prices

n In order to give you an accurate quote for your booking, it would be best if you can share some information with us via the following online form.  There are some pieces of information you should consider when booking.

  • You can book a mix of services for instance Face Painting & Glitter, but depending on numbers I would suggest 1 item per child / adult to ensure more people receive the service, rather than a few having everything done.  Also if you book too many services, it takes extra time to switch between the equipment, I would hate to run out of time before your lovely attendee’s have received some body art.
  • On average I would complete 10 requests per hour as long as varied designs in size / glitter or face.  Please consider this when booking, so ideally 30 Children 3 hrs.
  • Please ensure the venue you have booked are happy for a face painter to attend and if glitter use is permitted.  Some venues have in house face painters so please check I can join you.  Also who doesn’t like glitter – ah yes, some people don’t lol.
  • Please check if you are also hiring a bouncy castle / inflatable as many companies will not permit children on their equipment with faces painted. Boooooooooo!
  • I shall not charge travel up to 5 miles from DY2 Postcode as its so close to home Yay!  Further than this I will add a reasonable small fee to cover my petrol costs.
  • You aren’t just paying for the event hours:  I do require set up time prior to the event / booking.  For instance if you have a party 2-4pm (2 Hrs, I will actually be working perhaps 3.5 hours including travel time, setting up, packing down, face painting at the event, plus maintenance of equipment when home following the event.  I need at least 30mins or longer to set up depending on the venue and parking availability.  I have also invested time and money to gain skills in face painting through courses, you are paying for my experience as a body artist.
  • On receipt of the booking information, I may contact to clarify some details so please ensure I have the correct phone / email address to contact you on.
  • I do ask for a 50% non-refundable booking fee to be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the event.  This secures the date for you.  Should a problem arise, if plenty of notice is given and there is availability, we may be able to re schedule a booking.
  • Minimum booking is 2 Hours Event run time at £80.  This includes in addition to the 2 hours, the set up time, packing down, use of materials (Paints, glitters, stencils etc.), application of designs and cleaning maintaining of equipment following the event.  The more hours booked we shall offer a discount.
